📏 Sizing: Need help choosing the right size?

We’ll be hosting Pop-Ups on August 1, 2025 (middle school), and at the August 8, 2025 (primary building). These are great opportunities to confirm your student’s size before ordering. Cash & carry sales will also be available on those dates.

🛒 How to Order

Printed Apparel, Posters & Mugs: Production takes 5–10 business days
Embroidered & Appliqué Apparel (polos, hoodies, jackets): 7–10 business days
Shipping Time: Add 2–5 business days via USPS

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with tracking info.

Important: Please double-check your order details—including sizing and color—before submitting. We are not responsible for errors made during checkout.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

No returns on worn merchandise
Claims for damaged items must be made within 72 hours of delivery
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
We do not accept returns for orders placed in the wrong size or color
All YOUTH items are marked with a (Y)
Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the customer’s responsibility
Initial shipping fees (including international) are non-refundable

Some items by Ink + Thread may include intentional imperfections (e.g., distressed or vintage prints). If you’re unsure whether your item is part of that collection, contact us before ordering. Carefully review the product images and descriptions.
