Sizing
Items marked (Y) are youth sizing. Items marked (A) are adult sizing. Please double-check size before ordering. We do not accept returns for incorrect size or color selections.
How to Order
- Printed apparel, posters & mugs: about 3–7 business days to produce
- Embroidered & appliqué apparel (polos, hoodies, jackets): 7–10 business days
- Shipping: add 2–5 business days via USPS with tracking
Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive an email with tracking info.
Important: Please double-check your order details — including sizing and color — before submitting. We are not responsible for errors made during checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
- No returns on worn merchandise
- Claims for damaged items must be made within 72 hours of delivery
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
- We do not accept returns for orders placed in the wrong size or color
- All YOUTH items are marked with a (Y)
- Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the customer's responsibility
- Initial shipping fees (including international) are non-refundable
Some items by Ink + Thread may include intentional imperfections (e.g., distressed or vintage prints). If you're unsure whether your item is part of that collection, contact us before ordering. Carefully review the product images and descriptions.
