Order Preparation

We prepare orders after they are placed. Popular sizes are stocked when available; items that require replenishment may need additional time. For school pickup, follow the published pickup schedule and wait for your ready-for-pickup notification.

Weekend and holiday orders: Processing begins on the next business day. Holidays are excluded from business-day estimates.

Free Popup Pickup

Choose your pickup location when placing your order. Popup pickup times are announced on Mondays. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before visiting. Once your order is ready, you may collect it at any time during the announced popup hours for your selected location.

Shipping

Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Weekday shipping orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days, excluding holidays. If an item needs to be sourced, preparation may take longer. Orders ship via USPS with tracking. Estimated transit is 2–5 business days after dispatch; delivery dates are not guaranteed. We send tracking information when your order ships.
