What does my child need?

South Loop Elementary requires school uniforms. Shop in two simple groups:

• PE / Gym — athletic heather tops with the South Loop Phys-Ed logo, and navy bottoms with or without the logo.
• Everyday — white tops with or without the South Loop School logo, and navy bottoms only.

If you are starting from scratch, the starter bundles are a simple first cart: PE Starter, PE Week, and Everyday Starter.

PE requirements

• Athletic Heather tops with the South Loop Phys-Ed logo
• Navy bottoms with or without the South Loop Phys-Ed logo

PE tees, long sleeves, shorts, joggers, crewnecks, hoodies, and the PE 1/4 zip in this store are the PE / Gym category.

Everyday uniform

• White tops with or without the South Loop School logo
• Navy bottoms only

Short-sleeve and long-sleeve polos in this store are the Everyday category. The school logo on white tops is optional.

Size guide

• Items marked (Y) are youth sizing.
• Items marked (A) are adult sizing.
• When in doubt on youth tops, size up.
• Please double-check size before ordering. We do not accept returns for incorrect size or color selections.

Youth PE tops typically: XS fits sizes 4/6, S fits 6/8, M fits 10/12, L fits 14/16. Check each product page for chest/waist measurements.

Starter bundles

Each bundle is priced at the total of its parts — no bundle discount. Pick a size for each piece.

• PE Starter — 1 PE tee + 1 PE shorts — $25.90
• PE Week — 2 PE tees + 1 shorts + 1 joggers — $57.80
• Everyday Starter — 2 short-sleeve polos + 1 long-sleeve polo — $66.85

Personalization

Last-name personalization is optional on eligible tops (tees, polos, crewnecks, hoodies, full-zips, and the PE 1/4 zip). It is not available on shorts or joggers. The last-name option and fee on product pages are still being finished — do not rely on them at checkout until they are confirmed live.

Pickup / shipping

Printed apparel, posters, and mugs take about 3–7 business days to produce. Embroidered and appliqué apparel takes 7–10 business days. Then add 2–5 business days for USPS shipping with tracking. You will receive a tracking email once the order is fulfilled.

Online orders currently ship. Event pickup dates are only published when they are confirmed.

How do I order?

Choose PE / Gym or Everyday, pick youth (Y) or adult (A) and a size, then check out. Create an account if you want order updates in one place.

What size should I buy?

Use (Y) for students in youth sizes and (A) for adult sizes. Read the measurements on the product page. We cannot accept returns for the wrong size or color.

What does my child need for PE?

Athletic heather Phys-Ed logo tops and navy PE bottoms. Start with a tee and shorts; add joggers or a hoodie for cooler days.

What can be worn day to day?

White tops (logo optional) and navy bottoms. Polos in this shop cover the everyday top.

How long does production take?

About 3–7 business days for printed items and 7–10 business days for embroidered/appliqué items, then 2–5 business days shipping.

How do I know when my order is ready?

You will receive an email with tracking information once the order is fulfilled.

What are the pickup/shipping options?

Online orders ship via USPS with a tracking number. Confirmed pickup events will be posted when approved.

Can I add a last name?

Yes, on eligible tops only — not on shorts or joggers. The on-product last-name option is still being completed.

What is the personalization fee?

The planned fee is +$5 per personalized top.

What is the return/exchange policy?

No returns on worn merchandise or on wrong size/color. Damaged-item claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery. Returns may include a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. See the refund policy.

What do I do if an item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
