South Loop Elementary requires school uniforms. Shop in two simple groups:
- PE / Gym — athletic heather tops with the South Loop Phys-Ed logo, and navy bottoms with or without the logo.
- Everyday — white tops with or without the South Loop School logo, and navy bottoms only.

Everyday uniform

Short-sleeve and long-sleeve polos in this store are the Everyday category. The school logo on white tops is optional.

- Please double-check size before ordering. We do not accept returns for incorrect size or color selections.
Youth PE tops typically: XS fits sizes 4/6, S fits 6/8, M fits 10/12, L fits 14/16. Check each product page for chest/waist measurements.
Starter bundles
These ready-made sets simplify ordering. Each bundle is priced at the combined price of its individual items; no bundle discount is included. Choose the size for each garment on the product page.
Popular sizes, easy ordering: Frequently requested sizes are stocked whenever available. Other sizes may require garment replenishment before preparation, so review the preparation and pickup guidance below.

Pickup & Shipping
Preparation: Popular sizes are stocked when available; other sizes and materials may require additional preparation. School pickup follows set collection dates, not a guaranteed two-day pickup estimate. Scheduled school pickups are the first and third Wednesday from November 2026 through May 2027. The final June pickups are Wednesday, June 2 and Wednesday, June 9; there is no June 16 pickup.
When a size needs replenishment: If a garment or material must be sourced, preparation can take longer. Pickup windows and carrier transit are separate from preparation, and no pickup is guaranteed until your order is marked ready.
Regular School Pickup Dates
November 2026: Wednesday, November 4 and Wednesday, November 18. Regular school pickup dates are the first and third Wednesday through May 2027, with June 2 and June 9 as the final school-year dates. Monday is the announcement day, not an additional pickup day. We may announce an optional Thursday or Friday pop-up on Monday; dates, campuses, and hours are confirmed with each announcement. To target a scheduled Wednesday, order by Friday at 2:30 PM Chicago time; this is not a guarantee that an order will be ready. Confirm your campus and pickup hours, and wait for your ready-for-pickup notice before visiting. See the pickup calendar.
School pickup in three steps
- Choose your location: Select an available school pickup location at checkout.
- Wait for your ready notice: We send it by email and text, using the contact details supplied with your order. An order confirmation does not mean your order is ready.
- Collect during the confirmed window: Visit your selected campus only during its announced pickup date and hours, after receiving your ready notice.

No ready notice? Check your email inbox, spam/junk folder, and text messages. If it has not arrived, email c.service@southloopshop.com or call/text 773-873-2442 with your order number before visiting.
Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Orders ship via USPS with tracking. Estimated USPS transit is 2–5 business days after dispatch; it does not include the order preparation time or additional time needed to obtain blanks. Transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We send tracking information when your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase and approved returns have a 25% restocking fee. Incorrect size or color selections and worn items are not returnable. Damaged or defective items may qualify for an exchange after review; report damage within 72 hours of receipt with photos and your order number. Contact us before sending anything back.
